JOB TITLE	Max. hrs. annually	STATUS (Openings)	BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Custodian	600 hours	Closed (1)	Sanitizing Restroom facilities, restocking supplies, trash removal, and floor maintenance. Background experience in public facility maintenance, bathroom sanitation, with knowledge of the proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies necessary.
Maintenance Lead (2)	1040 hrs. or 20 hours per week average	Closed	Supervise part time staff, oversee events, event set-up and tear-down, building maintenance, building troubleshooting, and drive ice resurfacer during ice season.
Floor Care Maintenance	600 hours	Closed (1)	Assist in cleaning and maintaining both tile and carpeted floors throughout both buildings. Background in floor maintenance,floor care chemicals and power floor care equipment helpful.
Casual Labor (10-12)	600 hours	OPEN	Assist in set-up and tear down for events, building clean-up, event houseman, and drive the ice resurfacer (zamboni) during ice season.
Concessions Manager (1)	600 hours	OPEN	(Position currently closed while job description is being reviewed for changes.) Manage the daily operations of the concession stands, inventory control, supply purchasing, scheduling, food preparation, and assist in personnel decisions & training. Flexible hours required.
Concessions Lead (1)	600 Hours	OPEN	Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, sales, cash handling, food preparation, reconciliation of daily receipts, general clean-up.
Concession Workers (10-12)	600 hours	OPEN	Sales, cash handling, food preparation, reconciliation of daily receipts, general clean-up.
Bartender/Box Office (4-6)	100 - 200 hours	Open	Taking applications only for future bartending events. To assist in all alcohol related events as a bartender, inventory product, cash handling. License requested after hiring, bartending experience recommended.
Skate Guards	125 Hours	OPEN	Seasonal Employment: To work during our public skate sessions enforcing rules on the ice, interacting with attendees and taking admission fees.
